Refunds, Returns, and Credits

At BEEUP, we want you to love what you’ve ordered. If there’s ever an issue with your order, such as missing items or dissatisfaction with the product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package at help@beeupsnacks.com.

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on consumables unless the product significantly differs from what was ordered. Unfortunately, we can’t process any return or credit requests submitted more than 30 days after your order has been received. In cases where an item is defective or doesn’t meet your expectations, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund to the original payment method, a credit, or a replacement at no charge. We might also provide a coupon or promotional code for future purchases if applicable.

Please note that any refund or voucher request may take 3-5 business days to process. Coupons, vouchers, or promo codes issued are for use exclusively on our website and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for any other purpose. Misuse or abuse of our return or credit policies may result in the refusal of future orders or refunds. Except in the cases outlined above, all purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by law or a specific offer.

For items purchased from our retail partners, please contact the store or website you bought from for their return and refund policies. We are unable to provide credits or refunds for products purchased outside of our website.
